CFD (Contract for Difference) trading is highly speculative, involves significant risk of loss, and is not suitable for all investors. It is only appropriate for clients who:

CFDs are complex instruments and carry a high risk of losing money due to leverage. High leverage can work in your favour as well as against you. You may lose part or all of your initial investment; therefore, you should not invest money you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all risks associated with margin trading and consult an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.

The client acknowledges that commissions, charges and other fees may apply to transactions and that these will reduce any profit (if any) or increase any loss. Before trading any financial instrument, you should be aware of all costs you may incur, regardless of whether they are fixed or variable.

Long (Buy) CFD Positions

A long CFD position means purchasing a CFD from the market with the expectation that the market price of the underlying asset will rise between the time of purchase and the time of sale. As the holder of a long position, you will profit if the market price of the underlying asset increases while the long CFD position is open.

Short (Sell) CFD Positions

A short CFD position means selling a CFD in the market with the expectation that the market price of the underlying asset will fall between the time of purchase and the time of sale. As the holder of a short position, you will profit if the market price of the underlying asset falls while the short CFD position is open.

Leverage

Leveraged trading applies only to derivative financial instruments — in this case, Contracts for Difference (CFDs) — and means that the client can trade underlying assets with values significantly higher than the funds actually deposited by the client, which serve only as collateral (margin). Leverage of up to 1:100 is available. While high leverage can significantly amplify potential gains, it can also severely amplify potential losses.

Margin Requirements

The client must maintain a minimum margin level on open positions at all times. The client is responsible for monitoring their trading account and, where necessary, depositing additional funds or reducing positions.

Spread

The difference between the buy (ask) price and the sell (bid) price is referred to as the "Spread."

Slippage

Slippage refers to the difference between the expected price of a trade and the price at which the trade is actually executed. Slippage can occur in your favour or against you.

Cash Settlement

The investor understands that CFDs can only be settled in cash and that the difference between the buy and sell prices partially determines the outcome of the investment.

Over-the-Counter (OTC) Trading

When trading CFDs with us, such transactions will not be conducted on a recognised or designated exchange and are known as Over-the-Counter (OTC) transactions.

Currency Risk

Investing in a CFD on an underlying asset denominated in a currency other than your base currency involves currency risk. When a CFD is settled in a currency other than your base currency, your return may be affected by the currency conversion.

No Guarantee of Profit

There is no guarantee of making a profit or avoiding losses when trading CFDs. The client has not received any such guarantee from any representative of the company and is aware of the overall risk associated with CFD trading, possessing the financial capacity to absorb any losses that may arise.

There are risks associated with using an online trading system, including but not limited to hardware, software and internet connection failures. A system failure may result in your order not being executed as instructed or not being executed at all.
